The research department at Allsop is currently dedicated to residential research, but keeps an eye on the whole property market and the economy, and is able to provide ad-hoc research on a range of topics.

Allsop provides regular and bespoke research for internal and external clients such as private investors, housing associations and independent bodies. Regular publications include the residential market conditions report (monthly) and the residential auction analysis report (seven times a year), as well as a twice yearly report on the Yorkshire residential market.
