We are pleased to announce 24 firm-wide promotions across our London and Leeds offices, including two new partners. Effective from 1st April 2025, the promotions acknowledge the team members’ contribution and commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients as the consultancy records strong growth over the past financial year.

Of the 24 newly promoted employees, 19 joined Allsop as graduates or apprentices, underscoring the company’s commitment to nurturing homegrown talent.

Tom Hanson is appointed salaried Partner, Commercial Auctions, while Brett Harrison has assumed his new role as salaried Partner, Commercial Valuations.

Tom started his career at Allsop in 2014 as a graduate surveyor before qualifying and joining the Commercial Auctions team in 2016. Over the course of his career, he has dealt with a number of portfolio sales and played an important role in helping the team manage the transition from ballroom auctions to online sales.

Brett, who is based in the Leeds office, joined the Commercial Valuations team in 2022 as Senior Associate from Carter Towler. His remit includes business development, and he has been instrumental in helping to raise awareness of our commercial valuation expertise in the north of England.

We have made a further 22 promotions across the business, recognising the hard work, collaboration and commitment to client service across our teams:

·       To Senior Associate: Olivia Bentley, BTR; Andrew Wise, National Investments; Owen Rees, RTLM

The promotions coincide with the elevation of Andrew Boyd to Senior Partner, following Scott Tyler’s completion of two terms in the role.

Andrew Boyd, Senior Partner: “We are delighted to acknowledge and reward the dedication and tenacity of so many team members with these well-deserved promotions, which also reflect the firm’s excellent performance over the past year and commitment to growing talent. As a partner-led business, we make every effort to develop all our people, recognising that they are our key asset. I would like to thank our fantastic team for their exceptional work and commitment on behalf of our clients as we gear up for another busy year, where our balanced portfolio of services will undoubtedly bring new growth opportunities for individuals and the business as a whole.”
