Allsop appointed to manage new BTR development in Manchester

Allsop has been appointed to manage an exciting new Built to Rent (BTR) scheme Vox in Manchester, offering an exemplary living experience for future residents. Located on Trentham Street in Castlefield, Vox will comprise a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across 15 storeys. With build completion scheduled for January, the first residents are expected to move in in February 2021.

Vox has been created with a focus on wellbeing, which can be seen in its design and the selection of amenities on offer. Communal facilities include an outdoor terrace, a rooftop running track, as well as a yoga and fitness studio offering Wexer virtual technology fitness classes. Those living at Vox will also have access to a fully equipped gym, film room and a spacious lounge area, designed for co-working and social interaction.

Future residents will also benefit from the convenience of a Co-Op supermarket, as well as exclusive local offers available via the Vox app.

All of the apartments at Vox benefit from private outdoor space in the form of balconies, as well as integrated kitchens. Both furnished and unfurnished options are available, providing residents with the freedom of choice. Ready to move into, all apartments are equipped with 250 MB broadband and wireless heating control.

Vox is conveniently positioned, offering great transport links to Central Manchester and Media City, and those who prefer to travel by car will be pleased to know that parking is available on site.

Allsop has a strong track record in delivering high-quality management services to clients within the BTR sector, looking after two other key assets in the city: The Trilogy and Duet in Manchester, and The Forge in Newcastle. In November 2020, Allsop Lettings and Management (ALM) was ranked as the third best BTR manager in the UK by HomeViews.

Matt Smith at Allsop commented: “Our dedicated Allsop team have built a fantastic local reputation which has ultimately helped us secure another instruction with the soon-to-be finished Vox.

“With people’s lifestyles undergoing tremendous changes over the past nine months, including a shift towards remote working, the importance of diligent property management can’t be overestimated. Our experienced team is well versed in ensuring occupiers feel looked after and supported, helping create a sense of community from day one, and we look forward to welcoming the first residents.”
