Richard Adamson, partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said:

“We are delighted to release our first residential auction catalogue of the year after a successful 2021. In February, buyers will be able to choose from 190 lots across a range of asset types, including income producing investments and numerous development opportunities. The residential market proved to be a safe haven for investors last year, and, as Covid restrictions ease and the UK economy picks up pace, we anticipate plenty of appetite for residential property from buyers over the coming months.”
