Allsop residential auctions remain resilient – annual review
Residential Auction Annual Review 2020
2020 was a rollercoaster ride, the year started well then the country underwent a national lockdown a week before our March auction sale. As the year went on, confidence in property was sustained and the four residential sales held during the second half of 2020 raised a total of £208m, 21% up on 2019, each raising more than 2019. Reassuringly, demand for residential property as an asset class remained resilient.
For an in-depth look at what happened in the residential auction market in 2020, property, vendor and yield analysis, as well as an outlook for 2021, read our Residential Auction Annual Review.
