Auctions speak louder than words – commercial auction annual review

Commercial Auction Annual Review 2020
2020 was a busy year for us. Buyers continued their drive to invest in commercial property and we see this set to continue into 2021.
For an in-depth look at what happened in the commercial auction market in 2020, buyer sentiment, sector analysis and an outlook for 2021, read our Commercial Auction Annual Review.
Survey of Market Sentiment
In December, the team conducted a comprehensive survey of investment sentiment, across the commercial auction market in conjunction with independent researchers Newgate Communications.
Thank you, to those of you who may have taken part and contributed to our findings. Watch this space for the results of this survey, which will be released later this month.
