August Residential Auction Catalogue is now live with 173 lots

- Allsop to hold additional August auction with 173 lots on offer as demand for residential property remains high
- One of the largest lots comprises two freehold buildings in Islington guided at £1.6m+
- 10 lots are guided at over £500,000
- Allsop sold a record number of lots (364) at its previous auction, raising £67.5m+
We have released the catalogue for our upcoming residential auction, offering 173 lots, of which 10 are guided at £500,000.
The catalogue features a wide range of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a freehold site in Uxbridge with possible development potential, guided in excess of £900,000.
We will be holding an additional August auction in response to sustained investor demand, following a busy residential auction in July, which raised over £67.5 million from the sale of 364 lots. It will be our eighth residential auction of the year.
Richard Adamson, residential managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “With the recent interest rate cut anticipated to further reinvigorate the residential property market, we are delighted to release a diverse catalogue featuring around 175 properties across the country. Our most recent record-breaking auction has shown us the resilience of the residential market, so we anticipate a very busy next couple of weeks in the run up to the auction.”
Auction highlights include:
- Lot 60: Islington, London – two freehold well-located terraced buildings, extending to approximately 3,759 sq. ft., guided at £1.6m+
- Lot 99: Sevenoaks, Kent – a freehold semi-detached house with nine-rooms, guided at £1.1m+
- Lot 63:Helen’s, Merseyside – long-leasehold substantial corner building covering approximately 6,027 sq. ft., guided at £700,000+

Our next residential auction will be held online via livestream on 29th August, and the complete catalogue can be viewed here.
