In this latest podcast, Jack chats with Allsop’s new Residential Managing Partner Richard Adamson, who started his life at Allsop as an intern over 20 years ago. Richard shares his insights on the market, online auctions, challenges / trends and whether or not Allsop will head back to in-person auctions.

Like many industries and businesses Allsop has had to adapt to many market shifts/ challenges over the past five years, with no team experiencing as much upheaval as our auction teams, no longer being able to conduct “ballroom auctions” when COVID hit. Jack and Richard discuss the challenges, trends and reaction of the market, plus a valuable insight into different sales methods and Richard’s thoughts for the future.
