Alice is a Senior Associate in the City Office Leasing Team. She has a long history in an agency role and advised on several major leasing projects including Broadgate for British Land and EightyFen for Partners Group.

Richard is a Partner in the West End Office Leasing Team. He specialises in acting for institutional landlords, private property companies and large occupiers.  He has had a key role in advising on the detailed design of schemes alongside the development team.

Ed is head of the Commercial Valuation Team and the Partner responsible for all commercial valuation work undertaken by Allsop. Ed has advised most of the UK banks involved in lending to the commercial property sectors during his career.
