Podcast: March 2022 Auction Analysis and Spring Statement

George Walker, Ben Hodge and Will Clough are joined by Andrew Hoban, a Valuation Partner to review the 24th March Commercial auction in the light of the recent Spring Statement and what new measures have been brought in to the benefit of Investors.
The March 24th auction raised £66m at close, an increase on 2021 bringing the total sales for the last 12 months to £603m at a success rate of 92%.
