Three-day residential auction with bumper catalogue

We have released the catalogue for our upcoming three-day residential auction, offering 492 lots, of which 16 are guided at over £1 million.

The catalogue features a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a leasehold car park Plymouth, guided in excess of £2.9 million.

The release of this near-500-lot catalogue follows a busy June residential auction, at which we raised over £57 million from 250 lots, representing a success rate of 82%. It will be our seventh and biggest residential auction of the year with additional auctions earmarked for 2024 in line with an increase in investor demand.

Richard Adamson, residential managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “We are thrilled to release our latest catalogue with nearly 500 lots on offer, which will be sold over three days. The residential market has proven to be robust during volatile times, and the recent election result has provided some much-needed reassurance to the market. The residential property market appears to be heading in the right direction, so we anticipate a very busy couple of weeks in the run up to the auction.”

Auction highlights include:

  • Lot 257: Holland Park, London – a leasehold self-contained three-bedroom flat, extending to approximately 2,286 sq. ft., guided at £5.8m+
  • Lot 347: Fulmer, Buckinghamshire – a freehold detached six-bedroom house with planning, extending to approximately 11, 130 sq. ft., guided at £4m+
  • Lot 259: Plymouth, Devon – a leasehold 52-space surface car park, located alongside the historic Barbican quarter, producing an income of £360,756 p.a., guided at £2.9m+
  • Lot 248: Paddington, London – a freehold grade II listed three-bedroom mid-terrace house, extending to 1,430 sq. ft., guided at £1.3m+

Our next residential auction will be held online via livestream on 30th, 31st  July and 1st August, and the complete catalogue can be viewed here.
