Women in Rating Event

What started as an innocent email to all four female surveyors that I knew in Rating (asking if there were more of us out there!) has culminated in the fantastic creation of the network 'Women in Rating'. From that initial email, we have grown through word of mouth to a mailing list of over 100 women in Rating, and yesterday held our inaugural event with 50 in attendance!

Thank you so much to our fantastic panel Victoria Boateng, Sophie Oliver, Debbie Warwick, Ayesha Azar and host Concetta (Gonnella) Russell.

Yesterday's event felt like the start of something really exciting - and from the feedback in the room, ultimately necessary. It is always a good sign when the conversation free-flows throughout the room, and when everyone stays on after the event to discuss ideas and next steps forward. I can't wait to see where this leads, and I feel so incredibly delighted to be part of it!

The most unbelievable thanks to Ysabella Argentieri for being the glue that has held this event together! From doing all of the work behind the scenes and for initiating the conversation with Knight Frank - our incredible hosts! You are a gold star that we are lucky to have!

For anyone reading this who is interested in joining Women in Rating, please send me an email and I will add you to our mailing list.
