Case Studies - Multi Family Homes
BeckYard, Leeds
- 375 unit multi family housing scheme located in the South Bank area of Leeds
- Amenities include residents’ lounge, concierge, co-working space, private dining room, x3 external terraces
- Allsop acquired the site for McLaren Living & was subsequently appointed to provide consultancy advice & source an investment partner
- Planning was secured in October 2023 & following this, a forward funding JV agreement was secured
- The development is now under construction with an anticipated Practical Completion in early 2027
Hughes House, Liverpool
- 258 unit multi family housing scheme located on the former TJ Hughes site on London Road, Liverpool
- Amenities include: residents’ lounge, gym, concierge & roof terrace
- Allsop was appointed by BMO to provide acquisition advice on the development
- In Q3 2021, BMO UK Housing Fund agreed to forward fund the development for c.£38M, with Home Group acting as the main developer
Becketwell, Derby
- 259 unit multi family housing scheme forming part of a wider mixed-use city centre development
- Amenities include: c.3,000 sq ft of flexible internal amenity space & a roof garden
- Allsop was appointed on a consultancy & investment agency basis by developer St James’ Securities
- Grainger PLC agreed to forward fund the development in Q2 2021 for c.£37.4M
Hayes, West London
- Residential-led scheme comprising 278 multi family housing units & c.12,000 sq ft of commercial space
- Amenities include: residents’ lounge, gym, 24 hour concierge, podium gardens, on-site management
- Allsop was appointed to provide operational & investment consultancy advice throughout the planning process before being appointed on an investment agency basis
- The scheme has a total GDV of £90M and transacted in Q4 2021

Manox, Manchester
- 298 houses & apartments forming part of a wider 16-acre masterplan which includes 7,998 sq ft of commercial accommodation
- Allsop was initially appointed to provide operational & investment advice before being appointed on a consultancy & investment agency basis to source a funding partner for the development
- After a competitive selection process, an investment partner has been selected & Manox is currently under offer
Pheasant Hill Park, Rossington
- 132 unit single family housing development located in Rossington, near Doncaster
- Allsop advised Harworth on the forward funding sale to Great Places
- The site forms part of a wider mixed tenure masterplan
- Allsop provided design consultancy & investment advice
Stevenage
- 102 unit single family housing scheme located in Stevenage
- Allsop acquired the site on a forward-funding basis on behalf of Kennedy Wilson from Miller Homes
- This scheme is part of the seed assets in a £1bn Joint Venture between Kennedy Wilson & CPP Investments
- Allsop initiated the relationship between both parties, providing Kennedy Wilson with investment advice & in-depth demographic research throughout
