Allsop Letting & Management (ALM) was established in 1999 as a subsidiary of Allsop. The Keel, Liverpool
Awarded "Top Rated BTR Community North-West" and "Top Rated Small BTR Community" by HomeViews in 2024 & winner of the Best BTR Development (North) at the Love to Rent Awards 2023. This converted HMRC building comprises 240 pet-friendly apartments overlooking the River Mersey. On-site amenities include residents’ only gym, concierge and 24-hour security.
EDA, Salford Quays
EDA launched in late 2023. Comprising 290 pet friendly apartments across 27 floors, it is currently the tallest building in Salford. On-site amenities include a private dining room, games room, cinema, gym, resident lounge, co-work space, rooftop terrace, communal garden, and 24 hour concierge.
The Lark, London
The first Build to Rent development in London’s Nine Elms district launched in the autumn of 2022. Comprising 195 pet-friendly apartments in the heart of South London. On-site amenities include fitness studio, cinema room, resident lounge, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, podium garden and 24-hour concierge.
Vox, Manchester
Vox won all six Homeviews Awards of Excellence within its first year of operation in 2021. Comprising 280 pet-friendly Build to Rent apartments in Cornbrook. On-site amenities include residents’ only gym, rooftop running track, resident lounge, rooftop terrace and 24-hour concierge.
Single Family Case Studies
The Pioneers, Houlton, Rugby
149 newly built two & three bedroom family homes completing by late 2023. A-rated energy efficient with solar panels and smart home technology, including self-guided tours, locks, alarms and central heating controls. The development boasts green open spaces, a network of cycle and running paths, established schooling, café, Co-op and a David Lloyd sports and leisure centre (coming soon).
Watling Grange, Harrogate
A collection of 59 modern two, three & four bedroom family homes. This development sits just 2 miles from Harrogate town centre and boasts easy access to the countryside, plentiful open green spaces and the historic spa town. The modern and contemporary design of these homes stand out from the traditional properties in Harrogate and has been very popular with residents.
Assembly Park, Telford
Situated on the site of the old Charlton School in Telford and adjacent to the renowned Gymnastics Centre, Assembly Park launched in 2023 and will in time comprise of 195 single family homes exclusively available for private rental. There are two, three and four bed houses available and the site benefits from a play park delivered in December 2023. The homes form part of one estate which will provide for a local community all of its own.
Spinning Fields, Braintree
Situated on the outskirts of Braintree, Essex, on an old equestrian centre where British Olympians trained in preparation for the 2012 London games, the site which is being delivered in two phases will compromise of 139 single family homes with smart and eco-friendly technology supporting a modern family way of life. There are two and three bed homes available exclusively for private rental, the wider development will also accommodate private ownership, social housing, play parks and retail.
The Hawkings, Alconbury
Situated within an Urban and Civic master plan development in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire, The Hawkings will launch in 2024 and eventually comprise of 49 residential dwellings with smart technology and renewable energy provision, making them A-rated and ready for a modern renting experience. It is the next single family housing development being delivered by Savills Investment Management Ltd following the successful launch of The Pioneers, and will form an important element of an existing and thriving community.
