ADAM’S ROLE

Adam is currently an apprentice in the Lease Advisory and Business Rates team. He helps with Rent Reviews, Dilapidations and Lease Extensions in the Lease Advisory team. For the Business Rates team he is responsible for writing checks and challenges to appeal against the Valuation office and provides solutions to Landlords and Tenants with their Business Rates problems.
