ALEXANDRA’S ROLE
Alex is an MRICS surveyor and registered Fixed Charge Receiver responsible for handling cases within the Receivership Team. Alex undertakes all aspect of the case management from strategy formation to instructing agents and solicitors to managing the sale process of properties in order to obtain best price.
Alex is also a LandAid Ambassador for Allsop.

EXPERIENCE

Alex started at Allsop as part of the graduate intake in September 2016. She has had experience in Commercial Investments, Commercial Valuations, Lease Consultancy and Residential Auctions.

Alex has experience in the receivership of all asset classes across England and Wales. She also acts as an Asset Manager working alongside Administrators.
RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS
- Alex was the case handler for a partially developed Freehold block in West London. During the appointment Alex managed a sales campaign subject to unknown occupation, defended an injunction, negotiated vacant possession and managed a vacant sales process to redeem the loan in full.
- Negotiated a lease renewal of a retail unit in Surrey occupied by a High Street Bank and sold the property at auction.
- Alex managed a complex case consisting of new build houses with differing occupations and a site with planning permission. The complexity of the site required multiple strategies for the sale of each constituent part of the property by both private treaty and auction.
- Alex managed a case of a partially complete development in Mayfair of 4 flats held under a lease. The property was sold by auction redeeming the debt in full following a successful defence of injunctive proceedings.
