ALISTAIR’S ROLE

Oversee the operational activity of three large flagship BTR buildings located in the North of the UK for Barings. Work closely with on site teams implementing, engaging and analysing the success of asset management initiatives on all aspects of income enhancement, collection and asset value growth. Collectively align as a cohesive team to concentrate on working efficiently to achieve all major KPI’s set out by Barings, such as budget analysis, occupancy levels, asset expenditure and client reporting.

EXPERIENCE

Alistair joined Allsop in 2022 with over 12 years’ experience working in the Property Sector. This ranges from starting in PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) working for Quintain Estates, Residential Property Management concentrating specifically in Leasehold. Then moving to Savills as Building Manager of two large BTR assets located on site and most recently oversaw a portfolio of mixed PRS/Leasehold buildings as a Senior Property Manager. Alistair understands how to manage expectations, deliver exceptional customer service and achieve various KPI’s for well-established clients such as LaSalle Investment Management, L1 Capital and currently Barings.
