EXPERIENCE

Anthony joined Allsop in 2008, simultaneously completing a Masters in Real Estate and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010.  Anthony has 12 years of experience, providing strategic advice to clients on the acquisition and disposal of residential investment and student assets. Anthony took full responsibility for the firms’ student team in 2017 and has since developed a strong presence in the sector with a sole focus of further developing this business stream.

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

Anthony offers investors student expertise across a whole range of different asset types; from small localized portfolios of HMOs through to larger institutional grade PBSA. Anthony therefore undertakes a broad spectrum of work across the sector with sales instructions for a wide variety of different clients in addition to bespoke acquisition projects identifying off-market opportunities to fit specific requirements.

Key clients include Student Cribs, Almero Student, Condor Properties and Kexgill in addition to a broad range of family offices, private HNW individuals and regional and national investors/ developers.
