Brad is a Senior Associate in the Residential Investment and Development team. He deals with the sale and acquisition of Development sites in the northern regions, as well as providing consultancy advice to clients on maximizing their potential.

EXPERIENCE

Brad joined Allsop in 2018, having previously held roles at Cushman and Wakefield and JLL. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience working in Land and Development. Over this time he has dealt with the  acquisition and disposal of residential development opportunities, and provided consultancy advice to a variety of clients, including the public and private sector. He has undertaken market research on behalf of landowners and developers, and advised on residential values, demand, housing mix and deliverability.
