CEARA’S ROLE

Ceara joined Allsop in mid-2022 and is based in the firms Leeds office and expands the Commercial Valuation team. The wider team covers valuation instructions across England, Wales and Scotland, while Ceara focuses on the valuation of commercial real estate within the northern regions. She has experience in undertaking valuations for loan security, purchase reports and annual accounts purposes.

 Ceara has recently qualified, passing her APC and gaining her professional membership in May 2021.

EXPERIENCE

Having completed an undergraduate degree at Northumbria University in 2019, Ceara achieved a first-class honours degree in Real Estate BSc (Hons). Previously, Ceara has worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Carter Towler as a Graduate Surveyor sitting in the Leeds offices gaining experience within the Valuation, Agency, and Lease Advisory teams.
