CIARAN’S ROLE

Ciaran is a Senior Associate within the Residential Valuation Team, responsible for undertaking valuations for a number of purposes, including loan security and accountancy purposes for a mix of clients including high street and private banks, developers, bridging and development lenders, property companies and private individuals.

EXPERIENCE

Ciaran joined Allsop as a graduate in 2016, having completed an MSc in Real Estate and Development at the University of Manchester. During his time as a graduate Ciaran gained experience in the Commercial Auctions, Residential Valuation, Commercial Investment and Build to Rent teams.

Ciaran joined the Build to Rent team in 2018 to support the broad scope of Allsop’s Build to Rent services, encompassing research, valuation and development. He joined the Residential Valuations team in 2021 to assist with a broad range of residential assets, with a focus on operational assets and development.
