DAMIAN’S ROLE

Damian is a Partner in the Allsop LLP Valuation Department with extensive experience in the residential development and investment markets.  He provides loan security advice to the key UK banks and specialist lenders. In addition, he advises niche residential investment funds for ongoing accounts purposes.

EXPERIENCE

Damian joined Allsop LLP in November 2021, prior to which he was a Director at Savills where he worked for 14 years in their HQ focusing on the London and South East development & investment markets.  He established very strong relationships with numerous Specialist / Alternative lenders in the market specialising in both a variety of asset classes and development scale. 

 Damian started his career at Edward Symmons LLP in their Bristol office and qualified as a member of the RICS in 2006.
