DAN’S ROLE

Dan is an MRICS surveyor responsible for handling cases within the Receivership Team. Dan undertakes all aspect of the case management from strategy formation to instructing agents and solicitors to managing the sale process of properties in order to obtain best price.

Dan is also an APC Counsellor.

EXPERIENCE

Dan started at Allsop as a trainee surveyor in July 2017 and moved onto the graduate scheme in September 2018. He has had experience in Receivership, Residential Valuations, Lease Consultancy and Residential Auctions.

Dan has experience in the receivership of all asset classes across England and Wales. He also acts as an Asset Manager working alongside Administrators.

RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS 

One of the Case Managers involved in an appointment over a portfolio of £100M+ of mainly High Street Retail, Shopping Centres and Retail Warehouse. Actively asset managed the portfolio to exit, dealing with lease renewals, new lettings and assignments.

A case handler for a large Buy to Let portfolio in Bournemouth. Actively asset managed the property to exit dealing with health and safety concerns, new lettings and vulnerable tenants.

Dan managed a development site in Cambridgeshire. Obtained a planning report from planning consultants in order to maximise the property’s value. The property was sold significantly above the marketing price via private treaty following best bids between 8 parties.
