DANIELLE'S ROLE

Danielle leads the finance team at Allsop Lettings and Management Ltd, overseeing the day-to-day management of the transactional team and also our client accountants. Over the last few years Danielle’s team has expanded with our client base and continues to provide clients with financial reports showing the monthly performance of each asset, which enables client to make accurate and informed decisions regarding their portfolios.

EXPERIENCE

Danielle joined the company in February 2019 where she began as a client accountant for our BTR client at the time Moorfield producing the monthly management accounts with additional adhoc reporting and leading on the yearly audit. During this time, she built up knowledge surrounding the BTR sector and the larger property industry. In April 2022 Danielle was then promoted to Head of Finance, now focusing on the onboarding of new clients, developing the reporting packs for clients and carrying out internal audits, alongside the day-to-day management of the finance team.
