Emma is responsible for providing in-depth localised research for Build to Rent developments. She specialises in bespoke Build to Rent research consultancy, assessing the fundamental market drivers and demand for rental product at a granular level, cross referencing and correlating with key data as required by clients, to enable informed investment decisions.

EXPERIENCE

• Emma first joined Allsop in 2013 as part of the residential portfolio valuation team and joined the Build to Rent team when it was established in 2015. She has been a lead on BTR research since its inception and has considerable experience reviewing sites suitable for Build to Rent development and critically appraising the market potential. She became a Senior Associate in April 2022.
