FLEUR’S ROLE
Fleur is an MRICS surveyor and is responsible for handling cases within the Recoveries and Receivership team. Fleur undertakes all aspects of the case management from strategy formation to instructing agents and solicitors to managing the sale process of properties in order to obtain best price. In development cases this has also included instructing project managers, construction companies, planning consultants, land surveyors, interior designers, landscapers and other third parties in order to complete developments before the sales process.

EXPERIENCE
- Fleur started at Allsop as a Surveyor in December 2022 having qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) at Savills LLP. Whilst on the Savills Graduate Scheme Fleur gained experience in Lease Consultancy, Property Management, Commercial Auctions, Industrial Agency and Shopping Centre Investment.
- Since joining Allsop, Fleur has had experience providing receivership advice to lenders, stakeholders and other professionals on a range of asset classes across the UK.
RECENT PROJECTS
- Fleur managed a case of a land site with planning permission for a housing development scheme in County Durham. We interviewed several local land agents to determine the most appropriate agent for the disposal. Following a 6-week marketing period we went to best bids with several well-known development companies and went under offer. The sale completed within a 10-week period from instruction.

Fleur managed a case in London of a partially complete development. Fleur instructed a team to complete the build of the development which included a project manager, construction company, planning consultants, interior designers, drainage specialists, landscapers, land surveyors and building control surveyors. Following completion of the build the property was sold on the private treaty market with a local established agent.

Fleur managed a portfolio of commercial assets in Leicester. Following close examination of the pricing it was determined a sale of just a few of the assets within the portfolio at auction, would redeem the banks debt in full. The borrower redeemed the portfolio before the auction.
