INDEA’S ROLE

Indea is currently working within the Mobilisation team providing critical hands-on leadership. This can either be at the inception stage or the lead up to Mobilisation of a working BtR or single family housing scheme. Indea also has the responsibility for the overall performance of capital and major works taking place for Allsop’s PRS/BtR/SFH portfolios.

Indea’s role is vital to ensuring the schemes come on stream in an organised and effective manner. Indea is also responsible for fostering and maintaining a friendly and professional environment for support staff, service providers and contractors.

EXPERIENCE

Indea started working on behalf of Allsop in January 2020 for one of their main BtR investors Barings. At Vox Indea was responsible for the operations of the building and ensuring high standards were maintained. Indea made sure the community and the team was stronger than ever before moving on. This was shown by Vox being highlighted as “Highly Commended” teams of the year and featured as a Top-rated BtR Development in the Northwest. Prior to joining Allsop Indea has worked within the PRS Sector. Indea is now on numerous projects and is looking forward to growing with Allsop as a business.
