James is a Salaried Partner in the Residential Transactional & Living Markets team and is responsible for overseeing the Residential Investment and Development team in the Midlands and Northern regions.

EXPERIENCE

James first joined Allsop in 2005 for a one-year placement and rejoined the firm permanently within the residential investment and development team in 2007. James helped build the team into the leading residential investment agency in the ‘northern regions’, working closely with an array of investors, developers, banks and receivers.

RECENT PROJECT / ASSIGNMENTS

• Acquisition of 615 houses in the North West
• Acquired a 220,000 sq ft office building in Sheffield with residential development potential
• Acquired a portfolio of seven Freehold residential blocks comprising 302 units
• Provided acquisition advice on three Build to Rent assets in the North West, with total GDV in the region of c.£225m
• Sold a portfolio of 10 Freehold residential blocks comprising 162 units
