KATHERINE’S ROLE

Katherine is a Salaried Partner in the Commercial Valuation team and has a particular focus on mixed use, value add and portfolio valuations across the UK. 

Katherine sits on Allsop’s Operations Board, Risk and People and Performance Management Committees

EXPERIENCE

Katherine joined Allsop in 1999, having spent the previous 7 years with a general practice firm, covering all aspects of commercial and residential valuations, landlord and tenant, rating and leasehold enfranchisement.  She has over 25 years valuation experience over a variety of sectors, specializing in commercial and mixed use valuations for a range of purposes, throughout the UK.  In particular, Katherine specializes in large mixed use and value add properties and portfolios.
