EXPERIENCE

Kelly joined Allsop in October 2017 as Head of Build to Rent Operations and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2020, and subsequently Chief Operating Officer. Kelly has 25+ years of experience in the residential property industry having previously worked for KFH for 10 years managing two top performing offices in central London. Kelly then moved to working for an Asset Management Company in Canary Wharf heading up their Contracts and Compliance Department. From there Kelly took up a role at Pinnacle where she was pivotal in delivering operations on the first two PRS blocks on the Greenwich Peninsula Development.

Since joining Allsop Kelly has been part of a managing team delivering multiple BTR and SFH schemes across the UK as well as overseeing the management of large scale PRS developments, all for institutional clients.

Kelly excels in the delivery of exceptional operations and her passion lies in the legal and legislative elements of business. Kelly manages all facets of operations for the business including Governance, Legislation and Compliance, Risk Management, Marketing and Brand Development, and Customer Service. Kelly is also part of the LLP Risk Management Committee.

Kelly sits on both the UKAA Committee for Policy, Education and Research and the BPF Residential Management Committee and within her remit on the latter has been involved in feeding back to Government on proposed tenancy reform. Kelly was also recently invited as Chair of the RICS review of the Global Agency and Management Standard.
