LESLEY’S ROLE

Lesley works closely with the partners to help drive continued growth of the business, whilst retaining its unique culture of collaboration and camaraderie. She leads the teams which support the business (Finance, HR, Marketing, Business systems and Facilities) and is a member of the Firm’s Management Board.

EXPERIENCE

Lesley joined Allsop in May 2022 from KPMG where she was a director leading internal transformation programmes. Lesley held a variety of line management roles across the KPMG, helping drive its performance and growth. During her career Lesley has also worked in corporate business development for the Daily Mail Group and as Operations Director for its digital recruitment division where brands included Jobsite and Cityjobs.
