LIAM’S ROLE

Liam is a partner in the Allsop LLP Valuation division with extensive experience in residential development and investment and residential alternative investment markets. Liam provides valuation advice to banks, lenders, developers and funds active nationwide for loan security, accounts and strategic purposes. Liam is looking to extend the Allsop valuation offering from the strong underlying foundations.

EXPERIENCE

Liam spent 17 years at Savills valuing across all sectors of the residential markets across all areas of the super prime market in the south east and prime European residential enclaves through large scale residential development to national investment funds. Liam has developed a very strong relationship with all sectors of the market through a professional approach and in depth understanding of market dynamics.

Liam arrived at Allsop with two of his closest colleagues as part of the succession plan for the Allsop partnership to grow the residential segment of the business.
