RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM

• Assisting in proactive Asset Management; including new lettings, lease re- gears, rent reviews, development, refurbishments, fit-outs / reconfigurations.
• Assessment and implementation of ESG and sustainability credentials.
• Production of regular and frequent financials (revenue, operational and capital expenditure)
• Production of Quarterly client reporting.
• Production of formal client recommendations requests.
• Assisting in formulating, monitoring and updating business plans for individual assets / portfolio level reporting.
• Supervision and co-operation with property and building managers.
• Helping with the management of lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals processes.

EXPERIENCE

• Oliver joined Allsop in 2019 as a Trainee Surveyor within Asset Management and is currently studying Real Estate (Bsc) at the University of Westminster on a part-time basis.

• In 2022 Oliver joined the Graduate Scheme, gaining experience in the Residential Investment and Development team.
