• Assisting in proactive Asset Management to preserve and enhance income returns via pre-let strategies, new lettings, lease re-gears, rent reviews, development, refurbishment, fit-outs / reconfigurations, change of use and strategic acquisition / disposal opportunities
• Assessment and implementation of ESG and sustainability credentials
• Regular and frequent financial reporting (revenue, operational and capital expenditure)
• Production of quarterly client reports
• Provision of formal client recommendations requests.
• Assisting in formulating, monitoring and updating business plans for individual assets / portfolio level reporting.
• Supervision and co-operation with property and building managers.
• Management of lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals processes.
• Attending regular leasing, project calls and regular site meetings to ensure continued performance.
• Managing multi-million pound refurbishment and development projects to enhance asset value

EXPERIENCE

• Oliver joined Allsop in 2019 as a Trainee Surveyor within Asset Management, but has experience within Commercial Valuations, Commercial Auctions, Corporate Recovery and Insolvency and Residential Transactions and Living Markets.
• First Class Honours Degree in Real Estate (Bsc) from the University of Westminster, on a part-time basis.
• MRICS Qualified in October 2024
