Owen is an Associate in the Allsop Build to Rent Team who provides brokerage and consultancy services relating to the funding, acquisition and disposal of both single family and multi family BTR schemes across the country.

EXPERIENCE

Owen joined Allsop from Reading University as a Graduate in 2016. As a graduate surveyor, he completed four rotations in Business Rates, Residential Investment & Development, Auctions and the Commercial Valuation team. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2018 where he joined the Residential Transactional and Living Markets Team. He undertook a secondment at Dorrington for 6 months in 2020 where he was responsible for the disposal of various assets before returning to the Build to Rent team at Allsop.
