Based in Allsop's Leeds office, Richard forms part of the national commercial investment team.  Richard has over 12 years’ experience advising on commercial investment assets and covers a broad range of sectors, focusing on assets in the north of England.

EXPERIENCE

Richard started his career at DTZ in 2010, based in Leeds. In 2019 he became Partner at Cushman & Wakefield and went on to become head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Yorkshire & North East investment team. Richard joined Allsop in 2023.
