RICHARD’S ROLE
Richard is a Partner in the West End Leasing team. He specialises in acting for institutional landlords, private property companies and large occupiers. He has had a key role in advising on the detailed design of schemes alongside the development team, in addition to the successful marketing and leasing of many high profile West End offices.

EXPERIENCE
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the West End office leasing market. He started his career in London in 1999 with DTZ (now C&W). In 2010 he moved to Deloitte Real Estate and subsequently to niche West End specialist H2SO which in 2014 merged with Colliers International. Richard joined Allsop in 2018 as a Partner.
