SALLY’S ROLE
Sally is part of a growing commercial valuation team in the Leeds office where Sally deals with commercial valuations for loan security, sale/purchase reports, year-end accounts and annual portfolio purposes.
RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM
- Experienced in the valuation of retail, office, industrial, leisure and mixed-use properties, either single, multi-let or with vacant possession.
- Extensive coverage of dealing with property across the North of England including Yorkshire and Humberside, the North West, North East, North Wales and the Midlands.
- Over 35-years qualification.
EXPERIENCE
- Sally joined Allsop in 2002 as a consultant to various teams including Commercial Valuations, Commercial Auctions and Business Rates. She joined the commercial valuation team as an Associate from August 2014 and became a Senior Associate in April 2022, based at our Leeds office.
- Previously, sally worked for Chesterton's in Leeds from 1991 to 2000 before setting up her own consultancy firm where she acted on behalf of clients including Allsop, DTZ, BNP Paribas and Bolton MBC dealing with commercial valuations and lease consultancy work throughout the North of England where she lived for over 35 years.

- 21 St James's Square, St James's, SW1 - disposal on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle Investments for £187.5 million.
- 94 - 96 Wigmore Street, Marylebone, W1 - disposal on behalf of Aviva Investors for £17.4 million.
