SARA’S ROLE

Sara is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Valuation team and has extensive experience in carrying out valuations for loan security valuations, asset and fund valuations, valuations for accounts purposes and for probate.

• Value assets across commercial property from retail, offices, industrial and leisure, through to data centres, vehicle test centres and medical centres.
• Particular focus on Scotland and the North of England.
• RICS APC Assessor and Chair

Sara has 32 years experience in the real estate sector, valuing across the sectors and specialising in Scotland and the North of England.

Working closely with the investment and commercial auctions team, Sara carries out individual and portfolio valuations across the sectors.
