Tom is responsible for assisting the partners within the team, helping with the groundwork for and negotiating an assortment of cases.

• Mitigating Business Rates Liability for Occupiers, and Owners of Vacant Property

Tom joined Allsop in 2023, having previously worked as a lettings negotiator for a build-to-rent developer.
