WILL’S ROLE
Will’s day-to-day role revolves around providing clients with cross-sector pricing and sales advice for properties throughout the UK, from single asset sales through to portfolio disposal strategy.
He is involved in the Marketing strategy for the Commercial Auction Team, is a member of the Performance Management Group and is also involved in the Graduate recruitment and training process.
RELEVANT EXPERTISE / SPECIALISM
In addition to traditional auction sales, Will works closely with other departments in the firm to run joined-up and hybrid marketing campaigns for certain assets, particularly those of higher value.
EXPERIENCE
Will joined the Allsop Graduate Scheme in 2010 following an undergraduate degree at Durham University and a Masters in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes. He qualified into the Commercial Auction Team in the autumn of 2012 and in that time, the Commercial Auction Team has sold over £6bn of assets via auction. He took to the rostrum as auctioneer for the first time in December 2015, with his first Lot being a retail parade in Chester Le Street, and undertakes charity auctions where he can.

- Sale of a Central London property for £10.8m, done so in conjunction with Allsop’s West End Team
- Portfolio of 12 dental practices
