WILLIAM’S ROLE
Will specialises in residential investment sales and acquisitions across the UK. He has experience in both purchasing and selling blocks of flats, portfolios of both houses and flats, HMOs and Permitted Development buildings. Will deals with all tenancy types including ASTs, regulated tenancies and assured tenancies along with long income leases on residential buildings.

EXPERIENCE
Will joined Allsop as a graduate surveyor in 2010. Having rotated around the business on the graduate scheme, during which time carrying out a 6 month secondment at Grainger, he then joined the residential investment team in 2012 where he has been ever since. Wills specialism is now investment however whilst working in the team he has also gained experience within both development and student.

- Warley HQ, Brentwood – Off market sale of 125 apartments to an institutional purchaser.
- Project X – Sale of a portfolio of 219 dwellings across the UK to an institutional purchaser.
- Regents House, Basildon – Sale of 106 apartments to a private family office.
- Edinburgh House, Harlow – Acquisition of 104 apartments on behalf of a UK based fund.
