ZOE’S ROLE

Zoe is a Consultant in the Residential Auction Team having been a Partner of the firm prior to this. Zoe specialises in selling a wide range of assets on behalf of receivers, administrators, liquidators and banks. She also has a depth of experience advising on portfolios and single assets for Charities, Executors and Trustees. Together with private investors, developers and property companies.

• 15 years experience within the auction team selling a variety of asset classes nationwide
• Disposal and pricing advice to receivers, administrators, liquidators and banks
• Disposal and pricing advice to Charities, Executors and Trustees
• Experience selling a range of assets with potential for change of use and/or development for example in Former Care Home, Public House and Hotel sectors

EXPERIENCE

Zoe joined Allsop on the Graduate Scheme in 2006 gaining experience in Residential Auctions, Residential Valuations, Commercial Valuations and City Office Agency. Zoe has worked within the Residential Auction team since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. Zoe became a Partner of the firm in 2018 prior to becoming a Consultant in 2023.
