ZOE’S ROLE

Zoe is responsible for undertaking a wide range of residential valuations for a variety of client types.  The variation of work is a key factor in Zoe’s enjoyment of her role.

EXPERIENCE

Zoe started her career as a graduate surveyor at Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in 1996.  She travelled extensively whilst working in the European Investment and Valuation Teams, before being an inaugural member of their Residential Valuation Team in the mid 2000s.

Zoe joined Allsop from JLL in April 2007, accepting the position of Partner in the Residential Valuation.  In 2013 she joined the Allsop’s regional surveyors network where she worked closely with our Leeds office, before rejoining the London Residential Valuation team in 2022.  Throughout her time at Allsop. she has worked with a large number of clients and across many areas of valuation. 

 RECENT PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS

• Valued a portfolio of ground rent properties for loan security purposes
• Valued high value, prime property in Central London for loan security purposes
• Valued a north / east London HMO portfolio
• Valued a complex development site in south east London for a developer
• Valued a large, rented portfolio for an Institutional client
