Our Team
WHAT WE DO
We specialise in giving clear, comparative and reasoned advice in respect of mixed-use classes for a variety of purposes including investment and development.
Mixed-use can include a variety of multiple purposes including offices, residential, retail and leisure schemes ranging from straight forward retail units with flats above to complex developments of residential apartments, multi-let offices with ground retail and leisure units.
We have experience in valuing buildings, such as old department stores/shopping centres, which are to be repurposed into mixed used schemes.
WHY ALLSOP
Mixed-use and value add properties are currently in-demand investment products and our residential and commercial valuation teams regularly work close together, to produce combined reports. We have a strong track record in appraising mixed use, value add and opportunity stock across the UK.
