WHAT WE DO
We carry out valuations across the UK of retail properties including High Street and out of town retailing, shopping centres, retail parks and standalone/solus retail warehouses, restaurants, neighbourhood parades and supermarkets.
WHY ALLSOP?
The retail market is fast moving, reacting to changes in consumer spending patterns. Both our investment and auction teams are very active across all retail sectors providing us with real time investment transaction data and yield shifts across sectors in response to these changes in consumer attitudes. Our Valuation team also undertake regular acquisition and portfolio valuations for several retail funds which help us monitor retailer trading performance and appetite for expansion or contraction
